The Port Arthur contracting business owned by Elizabeth Cravens whiffed on the billions of dollars worth of plant expansion and construction work over the past few years, but she’s optimistic this time will be different.

As its proposed $10 billion project to export supercooled natural gas awaits federal approval, Golden Pass LNG has compiled a list of almost 200 local companies like Cravens’ that will have a shot at sub-contracting work, a local executive said.
