
Entergy Arkansas has officially broken ground on the 446 MW Ironwood Power Station in Malvern, a modern gas-fueled facility expected to deliver up to 40% improved fuel efficiency, driving down energy costs for local businesses and families while meeting rising regional demand. The project will also create roughly 260 construction jobs, prioritize local contractors, and build on a century-long energy legacy in Hot Spring County, underscoring Entergy’s “Arkansas Building Arkansas” economic strategy.
