Our Site Selection Center, Buildings & Sites, is easy and intuitive to navigate. Among thousands of properties across Entergy’s four-state service area, your top matches are quickly accessible using the specific search criteria of your choice.

Ever since Entergy introduced its innovative Site Selection Tool in 2008, our new generation of super-charged search has been in the making. We asked users of our Site Selection Center to give us their wish lists of what they wanted the system to do. Here are just a few of the dynamic that came true:

• Accessible whenever and wherever you are via desktop or mobile devices.
• Search Alerts based on saved property searches let you know when a new property is entered that satisfies your criteria.
• Exportable data in CSV or KML (Google Earth file).
• Presentation-quality PDFs of properties, reports and community profiles.

Additionally, you will like the search speed and comprehensive quality of the information you find using the new Site Selection Center. Some of the enhancements include:

• More Dynamic Property Search: Search results update immediately on the map and in the search results list as each criterion is changed. You can export search results as a spreadsheet and export property boundaries as a KMZ file.
• Quick Property Search: When you have only a few criteria for a property search, expedite you search via Quick Property Search.
• Adjacent Properties: When you conduct a search, a property’s adjacent space is also considered, making it easier to find buildings that meet your space requirements.
• Map Layers: By turning different map layers on and zooming in to inspect the property closely, you can see the location of geological features such as wetlands and FEMA flood zones. On the map, you can view population per square mile, median age, households and average household size and look at daytime population and nighttime population with a pie chart. You can see where the nearest hospitals and fire stations are and more.

Built-In Accuracy

Our new Site Selection Center is based on Esri- demographic and business data. You can view data by drive-time, radius, polygon, county, city, town, region and state.

Entergy built the new site selection tool for communities to use. Property owners and real estate agents can enter data, making the site more of a comprehensive, centralized data base.

The new site selection program helps community and real estate partners enter data accurately and keep it up to date. Property Data Quality Verification ensures the accuracy of property information at the point of input, and a Quality Score measures the listing completeness.
